How to Make Money With Tom Challan

Tom Challan’s Background.

Tom Challan is a home business trainer affiliated with Dani Johnson. He is one of the most successful recruiters of all time, personally recruiting more than 500 distributors in one year into his primary business while working only 20 hours per week. He owns and operates a lead and contact management company called Earn Pro Leads, as well as offering free weekly trainings called OJT (On the Job Training) in which you can listen to him dial prospects live. He is currently not affiliated with any home business company, and spends his time developing his company to aid those involved in the Network Marketing industry.

What does he teach?

Tom Challan has 3 main focuses in his training, they are prospecting, closing, and outsourcing. In the past, he did a prospecting and closing class for Dani Johnson that cost $297 per class and ran over a period of 4 weeks. The classes involved role playing prospecting and closing with Tom Challan and receiving personal correction and mentorship. Dani Johnson is now personally offering the classes again, and Tom is more focused on building his lead company and doing his weekly OJT calls.

Tom prospects in a way that makes people feel like he is their friend, drawing out their innermost dreams and goals through sincere, heart-felt questions BEFORE he presents the business. He focuses on adapting the style of conversation to the personality type of the prospect, and building a strong rapport.

Tom Challan’s actual approach to building a business is completely unique in the world of Network Marketing. He promotes Dani Johnson as the sole source of training for his team, and just focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing.

Rather than explaining to his new prospects what they should do to be successful, he just says, ‘do what I do’ and has them listen in to him personally prospecting over the phone. This unique approach allowed Tom to consistently recruit 30-50 people a month, every month and grow an organization from complete scratch to over 20,000 distributors in less than one year, part time. This achievement is truly remarkable.

Using this method, the only focus that remains is to do the only thing that matters – recruit.

Is Tom Challan the real deal?

I can tell you, I’ve personally met this MLM guru at several events I attended in 2008. The fact is: Tom is an incredible individual. In fact, I’ve met hundreds of people who have created time freedom and financial independence by applying his unique approach. The largest benefit of Tom Challan’s approach is that it narrows your business to a single focus, and frees you from the headache that most MLM leaders experience that sap their energy and time freedom. (endless 3 way calls, meetings, phone calls, training calls, excessive traveling, etc)

After several years of creating one of the most successful Home Businesses of all time, Tom Challan still has testimonials that pop up on almost a daily basis that show the power of using a personalized recruiting focus. Tom is a true leader in the MLM industry. The greatest benefit to using Tom’s strategies is that you can still achieve your financial dreams while you maintain complete time freedom!

There is one thing that would be greatly beneficial if you decide to use Tom Challan’s method:

Tom recommends doing a majority of your recruiting from purchased leads. While this is certainly effective, (as Tom Challan has proven), it can be frustrating and expensive, (if you’ve just called 1000 leads over a couple of weeks (or… months) and still haven’t recruited anyone.) Recruiting from purchased leads, regardless of lead quality takes a great deal of skill and training.

If you are going to learn Tom Challan’s recruiting techniques, be sure to also learn how to create your own leads. Taking an extra 3-5 hours per week to create your own leads will save you thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run.

You would rather call someone who is actually interested, wouldn’t you? Generating your own leads are not only better on your wallet, they are superior in every way, from people picking up the phone to placing the order, it’s the smart way to do things.

There are several ways to create your own leads, do some research on ‘Attraction Marketing’ or talk to an expert who has already created financial freedom. You’ll be glad you did!

Like Dawn Upshaw’s The World So Wide on Nonesuch, this program is such an inviting cross section of American opera of the last 50 years, you wonder why more of it hasn’t been recorded. Composers include Carlisle Floyd, Douglas Moore, Samuel Barber, and Gian Carlo Menotti, whose childlike “Monica’s Waltz” from the otherwise lurid opera The Medium is a highlight. Old favorites are here, such as Gers…

This is a problem recording, and even fans of Leonard Bernstein and Marilyn Horne will find it odd. The Maestro’s tempi are weirdly slow, Horne sings the role note-by-note rather than phrase-by-phrase, and when she finally does decide to emote, in the final scene, she sounds like she’s gone loony. James McCracken was an artist with a huge but unappealing voice who also had brains and power, but he…

Signs of Cheating Men – How to Detect Cheating Men and Deal With Them

With the divorce rates climbing up, so many people are hesitating marriage nowadays. Most people would not dare to marry because they expect that they will be cheated on anyway. This is such a fallacy, however.

Experiencing great love is still possible in this lifetime. You just have to work on your relationship, and make sure that you both are kept in a nourishing emotional environment. But if you must know how to protect yourself, you can best arm yourself by knowing the signs of cheating men.

Before you enter a relationship, you should already screen your “prospect” for such signs of cheating men. Is he a cheater? What then should you look out for?

But if it’s too late (you’re already married) and you have apprehensions, how do you tell if he is cheating on you?

This article discusses the signs of cheating men. They are divided into two parts: the “pre-screening” and knowing when your spouse is cheating on you.

Detecting the Signs of Cheating Men Through Pre-Screening

How did you get to know your man? If you met him at a party or at a bar, how did he act? If he was going around, talking to all sorts of women before settling on you, then you better beware.

He is the type who would like to keep his options open, and chances are, you were just the best option in the room. If he finds a seemingly better one, the possibilities are highly likely for him to leave you for another seemingly better “option.”

If you met him at work, does he like flirting with other women? A very “friendly” man should be reason enough for you to steer clear. While making friends surely is harmless, the loss of boundaries isn’t.

Flirting with other girls should not be something you would permit. If he can be loose today, how easy would it be for him to leave you in the future, when your body isn’t as shapely as it used to be! Don’t even give this guy a shot at being your man!

How to Know When to Get Out (Or Toss Him Into Counseling With You)

He seems to be unusually busy nowadays, with one “business trip” too many. He refuses to account his time or his money with you. If he does, you smell a rat somewhere: there are discrepancies, and you just know he’s lying.

He keeps a separate bank account now, and bank statements say that he’s been dipping into these frequently. His credit card statements have purchases for items that ideally should have been for you, but you never got these.

If he’s been rather cold and dry for years, then he suddenly gets on a happier streak and is much sweeter than usual, then that’s one of the reliable signs of cheating men.

A woman’s intuition is rather reliable. If you smell a rat somewhere, chances are, there really is, and he’s beside you at night. The best way to go would be to verify his bank and credit card statements, and have a private investigator gather information for you (if you can afford it).

When you’ve verified you’re being cheated on, calm yourself down by taking a week away from him. Then confront him and press him to make a decision: would he want to work on your marriage through counseling, or is this the end of the line for you?

Ideally, a marriage should be saved. But if your husband would rather go on with his lifestyle, there is no use for you to stay. Don’t choose to save your marriage if your husband is resolute in leaving you. You should not exchange your sanity for his happiness. But remember that if there is still a sliver of a chance that both of you would want to work on the marriage, work on it.

Knowing the signs of cheating men should not be an exercise in paranoia. There should be trust in a relationship. But you should also bear in mind that if you pre-screened your man in the first place, you won’t need to be on the hunt for the signs later on.

Choose a man well, and make sure that both of you pull your weight in your marriage, and you would surely avoid the personal hell that divorce would give you.

New York Mets and the History of Shea Stadium

In the 1950s, New York lost both the Giants and the Dodgers and rumors stated that the teams left, in part, due to the fact that they wanted a new stadium. This left New York with only one remaining baseball team. By 1960, National League owners were ready to award new baseball franchise teams to New York with one of the requirements being the construction of a new stadium.

True to their word, on October 28, 1961, the city of New York began construction on a new facility that would accommodate future Major League Baseball games. Originally called Flushing Meadow Park, the facility was later named Shea Stadium and is now home to the New York Mets. It’s name change was inspired by William A. Shea, an attorney who was instrumental in the efforts to bring National League baseball back to New York. When construction was complete, the stadium had cost $25 million and was ready to open it’s doors on April 17, 1964. In front of a crowd of more than 48,000 spectators, the New York Mets suffered a 4-3 defeat at the hands of the Pirates.

Through the years, few cosmetic changes have occurred at Shea Stadium. New seats were installed simply because the aging ones needed replacing but, otherwise, the facility is much the same as it appeared on opening day more than four decades ago. Technological advancements made it possible for modern scoreboards and luxury suites, along with the New York Mets Magic Top Hat attraction, which is designed to honor homerun hits by one of the New York Mets players. In celebration of each homerun, spectators will see a large red apple rise from the hat.

The New York Mets and Shea Stadium have witnessed a number of great moments over the years, including the stadium’s first homerun, which was belted by Willie Stargell in 1964. That same year, Jim Bunning pitched the only perfect game to ever be thrown in Shea Stadium’s history. Additionally, fans watched in 1984 as Dwight Gooden set a Major League rookie record with 276 strikeouts. Another memorable moment, which occurred in 1996, was observed as Todd Hundley defeated Roy Campanella’s 43 year Major League record, which honored the most homeruns by a catcher in a single season.

To this day, discussions often resurface about renovating the home of the New York Mets. Although rich in history and in charm, thoughts of replacing Shea Stadium to build a new home for the New York Mets have been expressed. At this point, nothing has been decided and fans will continue to enjoy the facility that they have come to know for more than 40 years.

Collectors who wish to request an autograph from any one of the players on the New York Mets roster should send their letter and a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) to:

Player’s Name
c/o New York Mets
Shea Stadium
123-01 Roosevelt Avenue
Flushing, NY 11368

Fans requesting an autograph should limit their request to two items per letter. Popular items to have signed include photos, index or trading cards, baseballs, etc. Patience is key when requesting autographs through the mail, but the best time to reach an athlete is often during the off-season.
